Tipu Sultan's Palace: This beautiful palace , build of Teakwood. Walls and ceilings are design with floral patterns. This palace is located in the City market Area near Kote Venkataswamy temple. Though it is a small palace, it is a very outstanding historical site of BangaloreLalbagh: This is a Red garden with thousand of Red roses. This is a very beauteous botanical garden. The glasshouse is one of the major attractions of this garden. Today, the garden is a lush green paradise with an area of 240 acres in the heart of the city. The garden with well-laid out roads, paths, open spaces, shade and a good collection of many types of plant species attracts a large number of visitors.
Bangalore Palace: This palace is situated at the heart of the main city, design wonderfully with wooden carving and Tudor-style architecture. Surrounded by gardens and palaces this palace is very beautiful. Fortified towers, Gothic windows are some main attractions. Today the palace serves as the venue for various exhibitions, concerts and cultural programs held in the city.
Ulsoor Lake: Located near Mahatma Gandhi Road, in the northeastern edge of the City center, this is one of the main beauties of Bangalore. Stippled with Island, this lake has a boat club, and offer boating. There is the largest Sikh sacred place near the lake. Subbaraya and the Kensington Park are other major attraction of this lake.
Bannerghatta National Park: Only 21 km away from the Bangalore city, this is park is well known for Loin and tiger safari. There is a farm of Crocodile and snake also. Tresses like Sandle, Neem, jalari, chujjulu etc are some main flora of this park.
Butterfly Park: This is another main attraction of Bannerghatta National Park. There is a greenhouse of Butterflies, with around 20 spices of butterflies and a museum too.
Shivanasamudra Waterfalls: Surrounded with hill forest of the Cauvery Wildlife Sanctuary, this waterfall is Located at a distance of 120 km away from main city. This waterfall has two streams, the western stream is known as Gaganachukki, while the eastern stream is known as Bharachukki.
Apart from other forts and park, Bangalore is a unique destination for religious people. The Bull Temple: Situated in Basavanagudi, this is a sacred bull in Hinduism, build by Kempegowda with single gray granite, which is a masterpiece. . The temple is named after Nandi hills. The kalyanamandapa is of great beauty here.
